Today, I wanted to share something I am absolutely loving lately, my healthy acai bowl recipe! If you want a pick me up in the morning, afternoons, or even evening, you are going to LOVE this acai bowl recipe. Not only is it full of antioxidants and is good for the body, it’s also firkin delicious!
I am usually up at 5:30 A.M. to let my pups out and spend time with my hubby before work, so I always need something throughout the day to keep me going. This recipe is so easy, but it also has so many benefits for the hair, skin, and your mental clarity. It’s a perfect breakfast for the gal on the go!
Here is my step-by-step to making this easy & healthy acai bowl:
Step 1: Grab your favorite fruits! I grabbed what I had in my fridge, so raspberries, blueberries, and mango.
STEP 2: GRAB SAMBAZON ACAI PACKET (These are sold at Whole Foods, Publix, etc.)
STEP 3: RUN THE PACKET UNDER WARM WATER SINCE IT IS FROZEN.
STEP 4: MIX EVERYTHING INTO A BLENDER & ADD COCONUT MILK OR FAVORITE JUICE + HALF CUP OF ICE.
STEP 5: ADD DARK CHOCOLATE, FRUIT, CACAO NIBS, & ALMONDS.
